iCounseling: Online Video Counseling
Rasnic Counseling now offers the ultimate in counseling convenience: iCounseling. If you have AIM, iChat, or Skype, you can schedule an appointment for an online counseling session with a highly trained and experienced counselor. Online video counseling offers an excellent alternative to face-to-face counseling. This service is available to current local clients as well as new clients from the world over.
Thanks to advances in computer technology and the ubiquity of high-speed Internet, video conferencing technology makes Internet-based counseling affordable and accessible to many people. iCounseling is both convenient and confidential and will make the services of Rasnic Counseling available to busy local clients as well as clients across the US and abroad.
In order to make an appointment for an iCounseling session, you will need to use the same online scheduling system as local clients. Click here to schedule an iCounseling session. You will also need to fax us the proper forms before your first session. Please contact us to obtain the fax number.
Please note that Rasnic Counseling does not offer technical support for these services, though the links below should help setting up your computer for video conferencing. We support AIM, iChat, and Skype protocols. If you use a Macintosh computer, we recommend Apple's iChat. If you use a PC, we recommend AIM. Payment via Paypal is expected before online counseling will begin, though you are welcome to send us an email or call if you have any questions.
